  • What programs do you offer at the gym?

    No prior experience is necessary! We welcome participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors tailor the training to suit individual abilities.
  • What should I wear to class?
    For your free trial class, we suggest wearing comfortable workout attire. Please note that socks are not allowed on the mat as we train barefoot. If you decide to sign up, you will need to purchase an Elite club uniform (dobok or gi). Don't forget to bring a water bottle and any specific protective gear that might be required for the class.
  • How do I sign up for classes or membership?
    You can sign up for classes and memberships by visiting our gym in person or by contacting us through phone or email. We're here to assist you with the registration process.

  • What is the difference between Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
    Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that primarily focuses on striking techniques, including high and fast kicks. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, on the other hand, is a grappling-based martial art that emphasizes ground fighting, submissions, and positional control. While both are excellent for self-defense and physical fitness, they have distinct training methods and techniques. You can try both classes when you sign up for your free trial week to see which type of class best suits your needs.
