    For your free trial class, we suggest wearing comfortable workout attire. Please note that socks are not allowed on the mat as we train barefoot. If you decide to sign up, you will need to purchase an Elite club uniform (dobok or gi). Don't forget to bring a water bottle and any specific protective gear that might be required for the class.
  • How do I sign up for classes or membership?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, on the other hand, is a grappling-based martial art that emphasizes ground fighting, submissions, and positional control. While both are excellent for self-defense and physical fitness, they have distinct training methods and techniques. You can try both classes when you sign up for your free trial week to see which type of class best suits your needs.
